solo dolo, yet again

Another day where I'm grateful to be alive and employed and I'm not excited to go to work. 

And guess who texted me about being sick...even though I just saw her yesterday.

We're already down a person, I'm having trouble with Whitney, and I already feel like people depend on me more than her, and I'm gonna be alone at work again.

She acosted Patricia yesterday 🫠.

She texted me a screenshot of their email chain and it made no sense to me.

And I was checking the email this morning and saw Patricia's response to my email. I laughed and went to see what Andrea replied and her response doesn't match the tone of Patricia's.

Knowing Patricia, I know she meant that in jest. Andrea responded in a way that basically was bowing up to her.

Andrea is grasping at straws and I am not sure why but it's concerning to say the least. 

Aaaaaaand she just responded to an email regarding an overpayment issue Kim was supposed to be looking into because it's on the Escrow side and it's best that Escrow workers do their due diligence and submit a check request for what it is.

We talked about this because Kim brought it up to her to update her when she did pick ups last week but Andrea didn't know what she was talking about.

So I told her and I told her why I didn't jump to just cut a check. 

Yet here we are. Instead of following up with Whitney to see if that's something she can manage, she has apparently done some check and bypassed Kim and Whitney with disregard for my conversation.

My biggest pet peeve is being asked something, give my answer as a contribution, and then have it go completely ignored.

And earlier I was referring to her asking me about why Deposit Spreadsheets (the thing she implemented) are useful and to explain how. Ma'am it's not even 10 am and I'm working on other stuff, but yes. Let me explain to the Head of this Department why her project is important, even though we literally JUST used it to do a mini audit for HOK because she refused to ask Whitney to pull a report for it.

All of that for her to still (AGAIN, just like last week) let me tell her why and ignore my reasoning, call it double work with no substantial reasoning, and then say we'll meet with Jan about it when she comes back.

DID YOU EVEN READ AND UNDERSTAND ANYTHING I SENT YOU????

And that could've just been tabled until Jan was in the picture and I swear if we meet with Jan and she disregards my opinion AGAIN and sides with Jan, who only uses the spreadsheet for one thing, I'm going to call it out.
