sitting tight

Here's how my morning started:

We're going to have a call with Vantage tomorrow morning. We're getting switched to a new banking platform and it may or may not cause issues. We're gonna be guinea pigs yadda yadda

Because I'm me and none of that sounds good, I asked follow up questions.

One of them was "why are we being chosen to switch platforms especially if it comes with the risk of messing up ACHs or anything else"

Andrea said she didn't know. And I should have known when she doubled back to explain she'll add me on the email and I can ask my questions to the Banker (because she didn't think to ask any of that and she didn't have answers for me) and that I work in the platform more than she does, so I'll be a part of the call.

She just forwarded me another email from the Banker and guess what it says in the first line?????

Thanks for AGREEING TO PARTICIPATE

BITCH YOU FUCKING SIGNED UP FOR THIS SHIT, KNOWING WHAT THE RISKS WERE????

This is an example of what I mean. The feigned innocence is annoying.

It puts more on my plate but I'm not gonna just keep letting that happen.

Because instead of saying no to something that sounds like it would cause undue stress, she said yes. Why? Because she doesn't have to deal with it because "I use the platform more than her" THEN WHY WOULD YOU SAY YES TO THIS WITHOUT RUNNING IT BY ME.

~

And she does get all frantic when she doesn't know something.

She just came and asked me if her friend has paid rent for June.

......did you check the fucking drive we share....WHERE ALL DEPOSITS ARE DETAILED???

OR DID YOU LOGIN TO THE BANK TO CHECK???

I'm pulling my hair more again. To be fair, I also went off my meds last week.

And now she's off to her meeting at FW. I can only imagine it's the one with Whitney, that I was supposed to go to (because Andrea doesn't know how her department operates) but I guess I'm not anymore. Because I'm here.

And this is also a trend.

They had a retreat for every department in this company except for ours. But guess who went to the last one, for Closers? Andrea.

I'm not gonna be going over and above for someone who cannot speak up for herself, let alone her department or me.

Because I still haven't forgotten that she had nothing to say to Nikki when she was basically told she needed to replace Tatum. And I know that because I asked her what she said and she said "nothing".

And how she was supposed to be ending things with Robert? Not really happening on the surface.

I think she'd sooner roll over than stand up for herself there at all. And I'm not saying that to be mean out of spite. I'm saying that because of what I have heard her say and what I have watched her do.
